Refund / Return Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 -10 business days.

Exchanges

If your item is damaged or defective, we will replace it with the same item. Please contact us at creationsbykayandlei@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
