Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Handcrafted with love—please allow 5–8 business days for processing before shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen:

• Economy Shipping: 7-14 business days after processing
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after processing

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing tracking details.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of the US. 

Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team at creationsbykayandlei@gmail.com.
